July 20, 2026 marks the one year anniversary of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, Magic Kingdom’s nighttime parade. Let’s talk more about this dreamy entertainment option.
The Stars of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away
Disney Starlight is inspired by the classic Main Street Electrical Parade. When Starlight was announced, guests were excited to hear a nighttime parade would be returning to this park. It features favorite characters on impressive, luminous floats. Some of the dreamers you’ll see along the way include:
- The Blue Fairy from Pinocchio
- Peter Pan and Wendy
- Tinkerbell
- Mirabel, Isabela, and Bruno from Encanto
- Asha from Wish
- Aurora and Prince Philip
- Tiana and Prince Naveen
- Elsa
- Miguel from Coco
- Moana
- Belle and Beast
- Rapunzel and Flynn Rider
- Jasmine and Aladdin
- Cinderella and Prince Charming

Performance Schedule and Viewing Locations
You can view Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away in Magic Kingdom on most nights. During peak seasons, some nights will actually have two performances. Be sure to check the Entertainment Schedule on the day of your visit for specific times. Since it is outdoor entertainment, the parade may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
Find a spot to view this gorgeous nighttime parade along Main Street U.S.A., in Liberty Square, or in Frontierland. As with any parade, you may want to arrive early to secure a place to view it. Additionally, Disney dims the lights along the parade route. So, please be careful if you need to move around during that time.
