You have a lot of choices when it comes to dining in Disney World. Whether you go for a sit down meal at a table service restaurant, or grab something to go from a quick service, you’re guaranteed to satisfy your hunger. For select arrival nights in 2026, you can even get a Free Disney Dining Plan with certain vacation packages. It’s a great time to be a Disney food fan!
Flatbreads have become one of my favorite things to eat while in Disney World. They’re perfect as a meal for one person. However, since they’re a generous portion, flatbreads are also great to share. At many locations, you can find them topped with traditional pizza toppings like pepperoni, sausage, or plain cheese. While these are delicious, I strongly recommend seeking out the more unique flatbreads. Today, I want to share with you some of my favorites.
Charcuterie Flatbread
Immerse yourself in the beauty and majesty of the great outdoors with a visit to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Here you’ll find Geyser Point Bar & Grill. Geyser Point is an open-air, waterside location with gorgeous views of Bay Lake. You can lounge here and enjoy your food, or you can take your order to go. Perhaps one of the most famous menu items at Geyser Point is the Bison Burger; however, we’re on a flatbread journey. As such, that’s a discussion for a different day.

The Charcuterie Flatbread is topped with salami, brisket, chorizo, bacon, and smoked Gouda beer cheese. Yes, it’s a meat-lovers dream. To balance out all of the meats, this flatbread also has some greens and a drizzle of balsamic on top. There is no shortage of flavor! We’ve ordered this menu item multiple times, and can’t wait to get it again.
Fire-Roasted Tomato and Herbed Ricotta Flatbread
Let’s continue our flatbread excursion with a visit to The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House. The Mara is this resort’s Quick Service location. You can dine indoors or at umbrella-covered outdoor tables. The Mara serves up a variety of familiar entrees, unique items, and grab and go options. But of course, we’re here to talk flatbread!

In contrast to our last flatbread with all the meats, this one is vegetarian. The Fire-Roasted Tomato and Herbed Ricotta Flatbread is pretty self-explanatory. It’s a flatbread topped with fire-roasted tomatoes, herbed Ricotta, tomato sauce, a blend of cheeses, and sun-dried tomato vinaigrette tossed arugula. The combination of juicy, fire-roasted tomato, creamy Ricotta, and tangy vinaigrette tossed greens provides so much flavor that even meat-lovers won’t mind the lack of meat. The Fire-Roasted Tomato and Herbed Ricotta Flatbread is one of my favorite Disney quick service menu items (even among non-flatbread options). Highly, highly recommend!
Bonus: Marcus’s Favorite Pepperoni Flatbread
Whether you’re grabbing a quick service lunch, or want a casual date night, Primo Piatto should definitely be on your radar. I recommend taking your food to go and grabbing an outdoor table near the water, just outside of the resort’s pool area. You’ll get serene views of the Disney Skyliner, Barefoot Bay, and the Riviera Resort itself, which will make any meal even more magical.

I know I previously said that we were going to talk about flatbreads with unique toppings. However, I need to give a special shoutout to the Pepperoni Flatbread from Primo Piatto at Disney’s Riviera Resort. This is a repeat-order for MouseHouseNews.net team member Marcus. Therefore, I think it deserves an honorable mention on my list. If you want something classic, you’ll love this fresh Artisan hearth-baked pizza topped with pizza sauce, pepperoni, provolone, and grated Parmesan. He recommends it for a few reasons:
- you can taste the freshness of the crust
- the texture is deliciously crispy (and slightly smoky-flavored) due to how it’s baked
- there’s a good sauce-to-cheese ratio
