MouseHouseNews.net has reported many times on the joys of Extended Evening Hours (EEH) at Walt Disney World. The low-crowd, lower temperature nights are favorites of ours, as is the separately-ticketed Disney After Hours events. Disney doesn’t release the dates for Extended Evening Hours very far ahead of time, so we keep an eye on these periodically as more dates are released. We’ve got the latest dates for EEH at Disney World, so we’re happy to share them with you!
Disney Extended Evening Hours
Let me give a refresher of what Extended Evening Hours is and who qualifies. Extended Evening Hours is a complimentary perk for guests staying at select hotels. On select nights, one theme park stays open two hours after regular closing.
During this time, guests can:
- Ride select attractions with significantly lower wait times
- Enjoy the parks in a more relaxed, less crowded atmosphere
- Experience iconic rides after dark
Unlike Early Theme Park Entry, this perk is only for higher-tier resort guests, making it one of the most exclusive benefits Disney currently offers. Admission is free for those guests as long as they have a valid theme park ticket for that park on the date of the event.
Extended Evening Hours Dates
As of June 11th, Disney has released the theme park operating calendar through the beginning of August. This allows us to see what’s planned for the near future. The following is a roundup of the dates and parks where Extended Evening Hours will be offered as of today. Please note that because this schedule can change, you will want to consult Disney’s park calendar closer to the date you’re interested in to confirm.

What If Your Hotel Doesn’t Qualify?
Would you like the perks of lower crowds and cooler temperatures, but can’t attend EEH because you’re not staying in a qualifying resort? You might try a Disney After Hours event instead! These after hours events are very similar, but without the hotel restrictions.
