It’s the final weekend to enjoy the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. So, fill your basket with limited edition merchandise, enjoy the final Garden Rocks Concert Series performances, enjoy the topiaries and themed gardens, and of course, chow down on garden-inspired food!
Don’t Miss Out On Garden Graze
Speaking of delicious food, the end of the festival also means that you’re running out of time to complete the Garden Graze. As a reminder, Garden Graze is Flower & Garden’s food crawl activity. To participate, you’ll need to grab a Festival Passport book. You can find these books near park entrances, at merchandise locations, and at the Outdoor Kitchens. Near the back of the book is a list of food items eligible for the activity. In order to earn your prize, you must purchase five participating items. Each time you purchase one of the eligible items, make sure you collect a stamp in your booklet.

Once you have all five stamps, head to Pineapple Promenade near Port of Entry to collect your prize. This year’s prize is once again a delicious swirl of Dole Whip inside a souvenir cup. When the MouseHouseNews.net team redeemed our prize, we were also given a packet of wildflower seeds. How fitting for the Flower & Garden Festival!
Garden Graze Items We Recommend
There are nine eligible menu items to choose from this year. You can purchase five unique food items, five of the same item, or any combination (as long as it totals five). The list includes some new items as well as returning favorites. Here’s a rundown of what the MouseHouseNews.net team purchased this year. We’d recommend every single one of them!
- Coconut Panna Cotta – This is a new item for this year’s festival. The Coconut Panna Cotta has a Cherry Gelée and Matcha Crumb topped with a Citrus Cookie, Plant-based Meringue, and Flower Confetti. It came layered in a little cup, and the presentation was beautiful. The cherry gelée was definitely the dominant flavor, followed by a slight coconut flavor. The texture of the panna cotta itself was smooth and creamy. We’d recommend this dessert as a refreshing and light option.
- Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho – Perhaps the MouseHouseNews.net team’s favorite item from this year’s lineup. This one was so nice we bought it twice! The Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho is Chocolate Cake, Coconut Custard, and Passion Fruit Caramel. The flan was smooth and creamy. The chocolate cake layer was rich and satisfying. The passion fruit caramel was very runny and not thick at all. It didn’t cling to the chocoflan. Instead, I would describe it as rather absorbing into the cake layer to provide a slight tartness. There was a decorative dark chocolate disc on top of the dessert that was expertly tempered to have a delightful “snap” when eating it. 10/10 highly recommend!

- Lumpia – The Lumpia is made with Plant-based Pork, Green Papaya Salad, and Yuzu Sweet-and-Sour. We found the Lumpia wrapper to be deliciously crisp. The plant-based pork filling was good, even satisfying us meat-eaters. The sauce was more spicy than sweet-and-sour, but it still provided a nice complement as a dip for the lumpia. The only aspect of the dish we didn’t enjoy was the green papaya salad. We felt it was kind of sour tasting overall (which is apparently a characteristic of unripe green papaya). Unfortunately, we also felt the salad had a weird taste from the mint that was included in it.
- Lemon Tart – Since Marcus doesn’t enjoy lemon desserts, this opinion is all Erin’s. The Lemon Tart is made of Lemon Curd, Blood Orange Fluid Gel, Plant-based Meringue, and Raspberry Powder. As expected, it was quite tart. The overall texture of the lemon curd was nice and smooth. The blood orange gel added a slight sweetness. However, the tartness of the lemon powered through everything (if you’re not a lemon fan, you’re probably not going to enjoy this item). One thing that surprised me was that the meringue was soft rather than crisp.

If you’re looking for additional recommendations, we’ve really enjoyed the Avocado Toast from BRUNCHCOT and the Potato Pancakes from Bauernmarkt Farmer’s Market in the past. Pro trip: definitely get the Raspberry Radler to go with your potato pancakes. Even non-beer drinkers will enjoy the light, fruity taste of it. It’s quite refreshing on a hot Florida day!

Garden Graze is consistently one of my favorite EPCOT Festival food stroll activities. Hurry to EPCOT this weekend if you want to give these menu items a try for yourself. The last day to graze your way around the festival is June 1st, so don’t delay! As Flower & Garden draws to a close, it’s time to start thinking about the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Food & Wine Festival begins August 27th, and the MouseHouseNews.net team will be there on day one. Bookmark our website and subscribe to the MouseHouseNewsNet YouTube channel to follow along. We’ll see you real soon!
