Spring is officially in full swing at EPCOT, and that means a brand-new menu has arrived at one of the festival’s most unique food booths. Starting today, April 6th, Disney Adults visiting the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival can try the Springtime menu at the Farmers Feast Outdoor Kitchen.
What makes Farmers Feast different from many of the festival’s other booths is its rotating seasonal menu. Throughout the festival, the kitchen refreshes its offerings to highlight ingredients that match the current part of the growing season. The Early Bloom menu wrapped up yesterday, April 5th, making way for a fresh lineup of spring-inspired dishes today.

A New Seasonal Lineup
As MouseHouseNews.net reported in February, the Springtime menu will be available from April 6 through May 10, giving festival guests several weeks to sample the new flavors before the booth transitions again later in the season.
Here’s what you’ll find on the new Farmers Feast menu:
Heirloom Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella
Shallot vinaigrette, sourdough croutons, pesto, micro basil, and balsamic pearls
Grilled Beef Strip Loin
Served with tomato risotto, tomato beurre blanc, and basil pesto
Peach Cobbler
Topped with cinnamon gelato and streusel
These dishes lean into the fresh, vibrant flavors of spring; think garden tomatoes, herbs, and bright seasonal produce; while still delivering a hearty option with the grilled beef strip loin and a sweet finish with the peach cobbler.

Drinks Still Pouring for the Season
While the food menu rotates, several beverages remain available throughout this portion of the festival, including:
- B Nektar Punk Lemonade (raspberry lemonade hard cider)
- Playalinda Brewing Company Hibiscus Tangelo Hard Seltzer
- Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail with Islamorada Hibiscus Gin
- Frozen Lemon Tea with Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon

Where to Find Farmers Feast
You’ll find Farmers Feast located inside CommuniCore Hall in World Celebration. That location is an easy stop as you explore the gardens, topiaries, and other Outdoor Kitchens scattered throughout the park.
With rotating menus designed to highlight the best of each part of the growing season, Farmers Feast is one of the booths worth revisiting multiple times during the Flower & Garden festival. If you’ve already tried the Early Bloom dishes, today’s menu swap gives you the perfect excuse to head back and see what’s new.
When you visit the festival, the Springtime menu will officially be in full effect… so grab a festival passport, bring your appetite, and taste what the season has to offer.

Of course, the big draw at the festival is the amazing topiaries. Spend some time taking it all in!
