EPCOT is a delightful theme park to visit all year long, but it’s especially lovely in the spring. If you’re a fan of flowers, gardens, and greenery, now is an excellent time to start planning your springtime visit! We’re only a couple of weeks away from the start of the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which is the ultimate celebration of greenery, garden fresh eats, and the great outdoors. This year’s Flower & Garden Festival will run from March 4th through June 1st.
MouseHouseNews.net has already been buzzing about to bring you sneak peeks at the bee-utiful options you can experience at this year’s Flower & Garden Festival. The team is particularly excited to see the Stitch and Tiana topiaries, explore the Butterfly Landing exhibit, and of course, eat some delicious garden-inspired food!

Garden Graze
As we mentioned in our post previewing some of the activities, the 2026 Flower & Garden Festival will once again feature the popular Garden Graze food stroll. EPCOT food strolls are a fun way to eat your way around the park and earn a prize. To participate in the Garden Graze, start by picking up a Festival Passport book. You can find these booklets near park entrances, at merchandise locations, and at the Outdoor Kitchens.

Near the back of the book is a list of food items eligible for the activity. In order to earn your prize, you must purchase 5 participating items. You can purchase five unique food items, five of the same item, or any combination totaling five. Each time you purchase one of the eligible items, make sure you collect a stamp in your booklet.

Once you have all five stamps, head to Pineapple Promenade near Port of Entry to collect your prize. In the past, we’ve received unique flavors of DOLE Whip in a souvenir cup, sometimes accompanied by a bonus item like wildflower seeds. We can’t wait to see what this year’s prize will be!

This activity is available for the duration of the festival. This means you don’t have to collect all of your stamps on the same day, or even during the same visit. You will, however, need to have all of your stamps collected and redeem your prize by the last day of the festival (once again, that will be June 1st this year).

There you have it. Again, just purchase any five of the above items, collect a stamp for each one, and redeem your prize at Pineapple Promenade by June 1st. There are some new items included in this year’s Garden Graze that I’m super excited to try. As far as returning items, I recommend the Potato Pancake with house-made applesauce from Bauernmarkt. It pairs perfectly with the Stiegl Brewery Raspberry Radler from the same Outdoor Kitchen. While not a part of the Garden Graze, I highly recommend the Raspberry Radler.
