Few things are as synonymous with Disney as our pal, Mickey Mouse. For me, no Disney World trip is complete without saying “hi” to Mickey at least once. There are numerous opportunities around Disney World to stop in, chat a minute, and grab a photo with everyone’s favorite mouse. Let’s talk about where you can find him in each of the four theme parks.
Magic Kingdom
One of the fun parts about meeting Mickey in each of the theme parks is that he is dressed differently for each occasion! In Magic Kingdom, guests will get to meet him in his magician’s outfit at Town Square Theater. This magical meet and greet is quite popular, and wait times can occasionally get long.
EPCOT
In EPCOT, you’ll find Mickey in World Celebration at Mickey & Friends. There is a meet and greet spot near CommuniCore Hall where you can find Mickey Mouse and a couple of his best pals. In the team’s past experience, this has usually been Goofy and Minnie Mouse. Here, Mickey can be found dressed in his classic red pants and yellow shoes. This is an excellent place to meet multiple characters in one go, and the wait times are usually not extremely long.
Animal Kingdom
The Disney’s Animal Kingdom meet and greet at Adventurer’s Outpost is one of my personal favorites. Here, you’ll be able to meet Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse at the same time! Interacting with both of them together is so much fun. As a bonus, they are dressed in unique explorer’s outfits. Go ahead and ask them about their travels around the world!
Hollywood Studios
Last but not least, get ready to meet Mickey in his sorcerer’s outfit at Red Carpet Dreams in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. When he’s not busy stirring the potion to prepare for that night’s Fantasmic! show, he’s available to chat, give plenty of hugs, and take photos with guests.
This is not an all-inclusive list of everywhere you can meet our pal, Mickey. For instance, he also makes appearances at multiple character dining restaurants including Chef Mickey’s, The Garden Grill Restaurant, Tusker House Restaurant, and Topolino’s Terrace (at breakfast). No matter where you meet him, he’s always happy to say “hiya, pal!” and take a few photos with you.
