Cast Members are at the heart of the magic we all experience at Walt Disney World. Every day, they go above and beyond to provide that one small gesture that could make a person’s day. As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States, why not give thanks to these wonderful Cast Members? You can submit compliments for the little things they do to make our trip more magical.
Cast Compliments are essentially little “thank yous” that you are passing along to Disney. Disney receives these compliments, then passes them on to the Cast Members so they can get the recognition they deserve. You can easily give a Cast Compliment in the MyDisneyExperience app. Simply tap on the sandwich button (the button in the lower right corner that looks like 3 stacked horizontal lines), then scroll to the bottom and tap Cast Compliments.
At this point, you can tell Disney who made your day and how they did it. Be sure to take a look at the Cast Member’s name tag to find out their name and where they are from! That information really helps pinpoint who should get the recognition. Compliments can be made for any Cast Member at resorts, parks, dining, and merchandise locations!
