Next year will be a monumental one for the United States. In case you haven’t heard, our country’s semiquincentennial celebration will be happening in 2026! To celebrate this milestone 250th birthday, Disney has already announced some of the highlights we can expect from the “Disney Celebrates America” initiative that commenced on Veteran’s Day. If you have Disney World vacation plans around July 4th, you can look forward to special celebrations all weekend long. Additionally, Disney has revealed there will be a special Soarin’ Across America update for EPCOT’s popular Soarin’ attraction. Furthermore, we now have news of special ticket offers for U.S. military personnel and their families for next year!
In 2026, eligible retired and active U.S. military personnel and their families can choose from several ticket offers. Offers include the Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket or a 4-Day, 5-Day, or 6-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket, with either the Park Hopper or Park Hopper Plus option. Here’s a breakdown of ticket types and pricing:
- Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket – a commemorative ticket that grants access to all four Walt Disney World theme parks throughout 2026. Ticket-holders can visit multiple times through December 18, 2026 with an available reservation. Ticket-holders can hold up to 5 park reservations at a time on a rolling basis.
- With Park Hopper option: $499 per person plus tax
- With Park Hopper Plus option: $529 per person plus tax
- 6-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket
- With Park Hopper option: $449 per person plus tax
- With Park Hopper Plus option: $479 per person plus tax
- 5-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket
- With Park Hopper option: $429 per person plus tax
- With Park Hopper Plus option: $459 per person plus tax
- 4-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket
- With Park Hopper option: $409 per person plus tax
- With Park Hopper Plus option: $439 per person plus tax
It’s important to note that these ticket offers are valid January 1, 2026 through December 18, 2026. All ticket types require an advanced theme park reservation, and blockout dates from March 29 – April 11, 2026 and November 22 – 28, 2026 apply.
Eligible military personnel can purchase these special tickets at participating military base ticket offices (including Shades of Green® Resort) or at Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket windows. No tax will be charged if the ticket is purchased at a base ticket office or Shades of Green® Resort, but will be added if the ticket is purchased at a theme park ticket window.
