You Can Find A UNIQUE Frozen Beverage At This Quick Service Restaurant

For many of us, dining at Walt Disney World is one of the most anticipated parts of our vacations. Your “must do” list may include visiting a favorite restaurant (looking at you, Boma!), or you may go out of your way to seek out a specific treat each visit (hello, Cheshire Cat Tail!). Either way, deciding where and what to eat can be one of the most fun aspects of planning a Disney vacation.

Some Disney World food and beverage items have simply achieved legendary status. In my opinion, POG juice is one of them. POG juice is pronounced just like it looks (you don’t say each individual letter). It’s an acronym for passion fruit, orange, and guava juice. This delicious tropical-tasting beverage can be found around Disney property at multiple restaurants in various forms. Sometimes it will be under other names like Jungle Juice, so keep your eyes peeled.

The Mara is the quick service dining option at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge

One of the MouseHouseNews.net team‘s absolute favorite ways to enjoy the flavors of POG can be found at The Mara. You will find this quick service location at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge near the resort’s main pool.

The POG Frozen Slush can be found at The Mara for $6.59

The Mara features an extra refreshing spin on POG juice in the form of a Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava Frozen Slush. That’s right – it’s frozen POG juice! 10/10 highly recommend! The POG Frozen Slush is a definite must get for the team whenever we are visiting or staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. While you’re at The Mara, make sure you also grab an order of Zebra Domes (another iconic food item available at this resort). You can thank me later!

You can find a POG Mimosa at the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival

If you’re looking for even more ways to enjoy POG, try the Tropical Mimosa from Shimmering Sips at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. This returning favorite elevates the POG experience by adding sparkling wine, and I highly recommend it. You could also stop by Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom for the Tropical Serenade. It’s a float made with POG juice and coconut soft serve, then topped with a pineapple cake pop. Additionally, POG can be found around Disney World in unexpected ways such as a sorbetto flavor at Vivoli il Gelato in Disney Springs or even stuffed into French Toast at Grand Floridian Café at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

However you choose to enjoy it, POG is sure to please. For more news and reviews from around Walt Disney World, stay tuned to MouseHouseNews.net and we’ll see ya real soon!
