Time Is TICKING For You To Ride This Attraction One Last Time

As Disney World continues to evolve, I find myself warning that “time is running out” more often. One of the epicenters of Walt Disney World’s evolution is currently occurring at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, where an entire land is being replaced. DinoLand U.S.A. is on the endangered species list as it winds down to make way for Pueblo Esperanza, the park’s upcoming Tropical Americas land. However, there’s been one ride in DinoLand U.S.A. that has been holding on. Unfortunately, your time with this attraction is limited.

Erin stands in the ride queue for DINOSAUR

In exactly 120 days, DINOSAUR will become extinct. That means you have until February 1st to strap in one more time and proclaim, “We’re not going to make it!” If you don’t get that reference, you need to ride DINOSAUR as soon as possible.

Take this sign seriously

If you do manage to squeeze DINOSAUR into your next Disney World trip, make sure you take the warnings seriously. This is specifically true if you are coming with young children in tow. The ride does tend to unleash terror in some kids, so take the warning seriously and maybe have the kids enjoy a snack while you’re attempting to grab that Iguanodon.

Get your final visit scheduled!

Again, February 1st is the last date for DINOSAUR. As of February 2nd, the ride (and DinoLand U.S.A. at large) will be closed forever. This closure also impacts The Dino Institute Shop, Restaurantosaurus, and the Restaurantosaurus Lounge. T-minus 120 days, people! We’ll keep you posted right here on MouseHouseNews.net with more information on news you need for your next Disney World vacation!
