You Can Make 101 Disney DESSERTS From Home

Sometimes in life, we are fortunate when two of our passions collide to create a whole new magical type of experience. Do you love Disney treats? Do you also love baking and DIY? Great news, baking enthusiasts: there is a new cookbook available in the Delicious Disney series, and this one is especially for us treat lovers!

Released on September 16, 2025, The Official Disney Parks Desserts Cookbook: Remembering 101 Sweet Delicious Disney Recipes by Pam Brandon showcases a mouthwateringly tempting variety of past and present treats from Disneyland, Disney World, multiple Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, Disney’s Aulani, and even Disney Cruise Line.

The recipes have been scaled down for use in home kitchens. Difficulty levels range from simple (using ingredients you probably have in your pantry) to challenging. No matter the recipe’s difficulty, you are sure to enjoy tasting the end result.

I am in the kitchen, ready to try one of the recipes in this cookbook!

Each recipe features a full color image of the finished product, an ingredients list, detailed instructions, and tips for success from Disney chefs. There are also fun “extras” sprinkled in, like photos from the Disney Resorts and Disney Cruise Line, images from the featured restaurants, and information specifying where a given recipe is (or previously was) available.

Of course, by now you’re wondering what recipes you will actually find inside this cookbook. Here are some of the delicious options:

  • Disney’s Riviera Resort Signature Cookie
  • Chocolate-Hazelnut Tarts from Woody’s Lunchbox inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios
  • Pretzel Bread Pudding from Sommerfest in EPCOT’s Germany pavilion
  • Irish Stout & Irish Cream Milkshakes from EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival

You will also find several recipes that are Gluten-Friendly or Plant-Based for those who have special dietary needs.

Flipping through the colorful images and choosing which recipe to make first could very well be the most difficult part! Decisions, decisions…

The Snickerdoodle Cookie with SNICKERS bar pieces is one of the recipes included

As a cookbook collector, one of my favorite features of The Disney Parks Desserts Cookbook is that it includes a photographic index of all of the recipes in addition to a traditional text index. I also appreciate the variety of sweet treat categories – everything from cookies and cakes to frozen desserts and drinks. There’s definitely something for every mood and baking skill level.
