Opening Day Has ARRIVED For The New Test Track

After 13 months of waiting, a popular ride in EPCOT has re-opened after an overhaul. The ride previews have wrapped up and the ride is now open to the general public. We reported last month that the new version of Test Track was almost ready for its opening day, and that day has finally arrived! At park opening, the standby line immediately soared to a 120 minute wait. While that wait time fluctuated throughout the day, it looked like the average standby wait time for today hovered around that 120 minute mark, which was even longer on average than even Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. For those not wanting to wait in a standby line, Test Track is available as a Lightning Lane Multi Pass option. A third option exists with the return of Test Track’s Single Rider line.

At a 120 minute wait, the standby queue was overwhelmed and spilling out of the building. If you plan to visit EPCOT in the near future and want to ride the new Test Track, be sure to pack your patience or split up your group by jumping into the Single Rider line. For an additional fee, spring for Lightning Lane Multi Pass. It may not be cheap, but at least you can say you got to ride without wasting a good portion of your EPCOT day!
